Love this 🥹 I’ll be the testament we are not endless resource lol… As much as I wanted to extend breastfeeding my body said no and gave me signs I had to seek nourishment of self before I was ready.
Ouff, I hear you, Kari. Even beyond breastfeeding, it is unbelievable how much we give (usually wholeheartedly!)…but that giving requires so much love and support and replenishment for ourselves, too. Which our society doesn’t do well.
